Villa Nostalgia was originally built around 1903

The necessary renovations were completed in 2018 and the villa is suitable for renting in the highest segment.
The Villa is most suitable for a group of 8 persons . However, depending the set-up of the group with children or young adults, it offers a couch in the living for 2 persons extra and a childrens bed and baby bed, so maximum 12 people can sleep

Outside, garden & swimming pool

The quiet location with a great garden with swimming pool ensures that you can relax in the sun or in the shade.

Outside is a shaded terrace with various seating areas as well as the outside kitchen and barbecue. There is a large sun terrace with various loungers by the pool. A small garden at the rear separates the Villa from an olive grove where virtually no activities take place, only during the harvest period in August / September.

There are various parasols and sun loungers, and with a regular splash in the pool, the Villa provides a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.

Ground floor

The villa is shielded from the road with a gate, where you can reach the courtyard with the key. The courtyard has a lovely raised terrace so that you have a view towards Vryses.

Through the entrance you enter a spacious living room with TV and a high loft that provides the necessary cooling.

There is a double room on the ground floor and a children's room for 1-2 children up to around 12 years old.

There is a spacious bathroom with bath and toilet and a separate additional toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, but not very large because there is also a beautiful outdoor kitchen, which is generally used more.

The dining room has a spacious table and a seat near the fireplace.

The air conditioners in the Villa offer sufficient cooling in extreme heat, so that you can sleep wonderfully at night.
