Villa Nostalgia was originally built around 1903

The necessary renovations were completed in 2018 and the villa is suitable for renting in the highest segment.
The Villa is most suitable for a group of 8 persons . However, depending the set-up of the group with children or young adults, it offers a couch in the living for 2 persons extra and a childrens bed and baby bed, so maximum 12 people can sleep

Outdoor, garden & swimming pool

The peaceful location with a wonderful garden and swimming pool ensures that you can relax comfortably in the sun or in the shade.

Outside, there is a shaded terrace with various seating areas as well as the outdoor kitchen and barbecue. There is a large sun terrace with several loungers by the pool. A small garden at the back separates the Villa from an olive grove where hardly any activities take place, except during the harvest period in August/September.

There are several parasols and loungers available, and with a regular dip in the pool, the Villa provides a wonderfully relaxed ambiance.

Ground floor

The villa is shielded from the road by a gate, through which you can access the courtyard with the key. The courtyard has a lovely elevated terrace, giving you a view towards Vryses.

Through the entrance you enter a spacious living room with TV and a high mezzanine that provides the necessary cooling.

There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a children's room for 1-2 children up to about 12 years old.

There is a spacious bathroom with a bath and toilet as well as a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, but not very large because there is also a beautiful outdoor kitchen, which is generally used more often.

The dining room has a large table with access to a seating area near the fireplace.

The air conditioning in the villa provides sufficient cooling during extreme heat, so you can sleep comfortably at night.
